Pricing Policy
This document explains Wolves Broadband's pricing structure in detail.
Activation Charges
All new connections incur an activation charge of £47.00. This charge is not applicable if your existing broadband connection is migrated to Wolves Broadband from your current provider (conditions apply, see below).
Migration Charges
To migrate your existing broadband connection you will need to contact your existing provider and request a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC). Not all broadband connections can be migrated to Wolves Broadband and some may incur a migration charge of £47.00. To see if your connection is compatible and if a charge will apply use our availability checker.
Cancellation Charges
Wolves Broadband has a minimum contract period of 1 month. We require 7 days notice of cancellation. No cancellation charges apply.
Wolves Broadband Pay-As-You-Go
Wolves Broadband Pay-As-You-Go is charged on a monthly basis. You pay a set monthly fee for the service which includes 1GB of bandwidth allowance. For every additional 1GB of allowance used you are charged a specified fee as detailed in the table below.

Wolves Broadband Allowance
Wolves Broadband Allowance is charged on a monthly basis. You select the most suitable allowance option to meet your needs and pay the corresponding monthly fee. If you exceed your allowance you will incur a service charge of £5.88 and you will be charged the difference between the price for the band that you have chosen and the price of the band that you have entered by exceeding your usage.
For example if you have chosen Option 3 from our standard packages which provides 60GB of peak usage at a charge of £29.99 per month but you have actually used 80GB of peak usage (option 4) you will be charged £29.99 + £10.00 for the overuse difference + £5.88 service charge.

Please note options 4 to 8 are only available as an upgraded package choice to existing Wolves Broadband customers. You can not select these package options upon sign up for the Wolves Broadband Allowance service. Your allowance does not accumulate the following month. If it is not used it is lost.
You can monitor your bandwidth usage via the 'My Billing Portal' and you can easily change your allowance banding option to suit your needs by contacting our customer services department and detailing your request. This is free of charge. However if you wish to upgrade your service from a standard package to a premium package a service charge of £5.88 will apply.
All pricing includes VAT at 17.5% and is stated in GBP.
