Wolves Broadband is operated by Entanet and uses the extensive Entanet network to connect you to the Internet. From time to time technical issues may arise that could affect your connection.

If you are experiencing a technical problem you can view the current status of the Entanet network below. This will advise you of any recent notifications of disruption or technical issues. We aim to resolve all technical issues as fast as possible with minimal disruption to your service.

We have detected a major fault with the router that serves our Manchester 21CN interconnect. The router is currently operational but could fail at any time and should be considered at-risk. Our London to Frankfurt link is currently down due to a fibre cut. Traffic to Frankfurt is taking the alternate route via Amsterdam. The repair team are on site, we do not currently have an Estimated time to repair.

We are currently experiencing major service outage in the London area on one of our supplier’s networks, which is affecting multiple circuits including leased lines. We are working with the carrier to rectify the problem as soon as possible and more information will be made available as soon as we have it.
