Request MAC / Cancel Service

We are sorry you have decided to leave Wolves Broadband. As a Wolves Broadband customer you have a minimum contract period of just 1 month and to cancel your account we require just 7 days notice.

If you decide to move your existing connection to a different broadband provider you can request a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code). Your new provider will advise if it is possible to migrate to their service.
